Registration Guidelines

The organizing committee is not liable for any changes to the date or venue due to unforeseen circumstances.
Conference organizers are not responsible for postal delays, failed deliveries by mail, or a failure of electronic communication.
All delegates must bring a government-approved photo ID for a smooth registration process.
To register in the Residents & Fellows category, you must submit a letter from the Head of Department (HOD).
Please provide a valid email address and mobile number during registration.
These will be used for all communication, including registration receipts and conference updates.
