Refund Policy

All requests for registration cancellation and refunds must be submitted in writing or via email to the conference secretariat at nextgenpedicon2026@gmail.com
The organizing committee holds the final decision on all refund requests.
No refunds will be issued for cancellation requests received after August 18 , 2026.
For eligible cancellations, 50% of the registration fee will be deducted as a processing charge. The remaining amount will be refunded one month after the conference ends.
The refund process will begin 30 days after the conference.
